Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (if applicable), customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. kickila is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. kickila is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at (541) 342-3373 and we will do our best to make corrections before shipment.
