At kickila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 14-day return window

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days of approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
